Sk\u0142adnik maj\u0105tkowy uj\u0119ty w inwentaryzacji pod numerem 3.16 w postaci: Nieruchomo\u015bci gruntowej zabudowanej zespo\u0142em budynk\u00f3w produkcyjnych wraz z urz\u0105dzeniami trwale zwi\u0105zanymi z nieruchomo\u015bci\u0105 w granicach dzia\u0142ek o nr ewidencyjnych 21\/1, 27\/4 AM-1, o numerze KW PO1Y\/00040494\/1, P\u0119powo district<\/strong>, P\u0119powo commune, Gosty\u0144 poviat with a total area of 8,655 m2 of plots. The market value of the developed land property was estimated by a property appraiser for the purposes of bankruptcy proceedings as of 27\/03\/2024 and amounts to PLN 454 000.00<\/strong> net plus possible VAT (in words: four hundred and fifty-four thousand PLN, 0\/100);<\/p>\n\n\n\n
